Heading down the A7 towards Provence and a warning light spoils the trip just past the Perrache exit? Whether you are parked up near the Confluence, stuck on the Laurent-Bonnevay ring road or below Fourvière, we bring the workshop to you. From our Lyon base we are typically with you in 20 to 35 minutes, depending on exactly where you are and the traffic.
What we do, right where you are
We carry out roadside puncture repairs with a proper plug or internal patch when the damage is in the tread, and when a tyre is past saving we replace it on the spot. Remember tyres are sold in pairs only — two, four or six — never a single tyre, so your car stays balanced and safe. We also fit new valves and reset TPMS sensors, balance your wheels, mount a spare wheel if you have one, and swap a flat car battery wherever you have stopped. We are a repair-and-replace service: we never tow.

Local tip for Lyon
The Rhône quays and the Fourvière tunnel approaches throw up debris and potholes that split sidewalls, and winter road salt slowly corrodes valves until they leak. If your pressure has been dropping slowly all winter, have the valve checked rather than just topping up the air.

My hire car has no spare wheel — can you still help?
Yes. Most hire cars in France come with a repair kit instead of a spare, which is useless against a split sidewall. We come to you with replacement tyres in your size and fit them on the spot in Lyon, so you are not stranded waiting on the rental company.

Will you repair my tyre or do I need a new one?
If the puncture is in the tread we can usually plug or patch it and you are on your way to Provence. If the damage is in the sidewall — common after clipping a kerb on the Croix-Rousse slopes — it cannot be repaired safely and we replace it, in a pair.
