Do you speak English?
Yes, genuinely — an English-speaking technician answers the phone and meets you at your car. No Google Translate, no guesswork.
Do you tow or recover vehicles?
No, never. We’re a mobile tyre and battery service: we fix or replace on the spot so you drive away. If it’s beyond tyres, we point you to 112 or your insurer.
Why only pairs of tyres?
Fitting one new tyre beside a worn one unbalances the axle — unsafe under braking and in the wet. So we sell in pairs (2, 4 or 6).
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes, including bank holidays. Night (22:00–07:00), Wednesday and holiday call-outs carry a surcharge, quoted upfront.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on distance from our nearest base — we quote an honest range, never a fixed "30 minutes everywhere".
My hire car has no spare. Can you still help?
Yes. Most hire cars carry only a repair kit. We bring the correct tyre and fit it where you are.
Can I get a VAT invoice for insurance?
Yes — ask and we’ll provide a VAT invoice for your travel-insurance claim. Pay by card on site.
Where do you operate?
The Lyon area and the Var coast (Toulon to Saint-Tropez) today. We won’t promise towns we can’t reach; coverage is expanding.
