When a tyre is too damaged to repair, you don't have to find a garage, queue for an appointment or pay to be recovered. We bring new tyres to you and fit them wherever you've safely stopped — at the roadside, in a car park, at your hotel or holiday rental.

When replacement is the answer

Some damage simply can't be repaired, and trying to patch it would be unsafe. You need new tyres when:

  • The damage is in the sidewall — a cut, a bulge or a scrape from a kerb.
  • The tyre has been driven flat and overheated, weakening its structure.
  • The tread is at or near the legal limit of 1.6mm.
  • The tyre is old, cracked or perished even if the tread looks acceptable.

How we do it

We confirm your exact tyre size and specification from the sidewall and the door-jamb sticker, bring the right tyres to you, and fit them on the spot. That includes mounting, balancing so there are no vibrations, fresh valves where needed and a TPMS reset so your dashboard warning clears. If you carry a spare wheel, we can fit that too, and we can replace a flat car battery while we're with you.

Why tyres come in pairs

In France, tyres are fitted in pairs across an axle — two, four or six, never a single tyre. This isn't a sales tactic: two tyres on the same axle with different tread depths or different models grip and brake unevenly, which makes the car less stable, particularly in the wet or at speed. Replacing a pair keeps your handling safe and predictable.

We replace — we never tow

Our whole approach is to get you back on the road where you are, not to haul your car away. We never tow or recover. If the problem turns out to be something other than the tyres or battery, we'll direct you to 112 and your insurer instead. For anything tyre-related, the fix happens on the spot.

Honest coverage and timing

We work across the Lyon area and the Var coast, and we're steadily expanding. Call-out times are honest and depend on how far you are from base. Around Lyon and Toulon, expect roughly 20 to 35 minutes. Coastal resorts further out — Hyères, Bandol, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez — take longer, from around 25 minutes up to 75 minutes when the summer roads are jammed. We give you a realistic time, never a one-size-fits-all promise.

On the motorway

We can't meet you on a motorway hard shoulder. Get to safety, call 112 or use the orange SOS phone, and we'll come to the nearest exit or aire.
