What we do, right where you are

Local tip for Fréjus
The A8 and the Estérel crossing get extremely hot in summer, and the busy August changeover scatters debris across the carriageway. On a long, hot motorway run, check your pressures before you set off and don't sit on a slow puncture — heat turns a small leak into a blowout.

My hire car has no spare wheel — what now?
No problem. Hire cars on the Riviera usually carry only a sealant kit, which won't cope with Estérel debris damage. We bring the right replacement tyres to you at Fréjus and fit them on the spot.

Not on the live A8 itself — call 112 or use the orange roadside phone and get behind the barrier first. We will then meet you at exit 38 or at the following aire once you are in a safe spot.
Repair or replace after a motorway puncture?
A clean tread puncture from road debris can often be plugged or patched. If the heat and damage have ruined the sidewall, it is a replacement for safety, and tyres are fitted in pairs.
